How do I file a claim for a warranty replacement?

Most of our items have a replacement warranty if there is a defect in materials and workmanship under normal use. Click here to view our policy and submit a complaint.

How long will it take for me to receive my warranty replacement?

Once your claim is approved and your replacement order is finalized, delivery time with standard shipping for domestic orders is 5 to 7 days.



I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?

All returns are processed within a few business days once received at Kbod. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. We recommend waiting up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary by financial institution.

They sent me the wrong item. That I have to do?

Our experienced customer service team can help you get the right item. SUBMIT A REQUEST and we will be happy to fix it!

Why am I charged for shipping my order?

Standard shipping is free for domestic orders of $60 or more. Shipping is calculated after product discounts have been applied to the order.

Orders processed with expedited shipping placed AFTER 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the NEXT business day.
