All products purchased at Kbod-us.com have a guaranteed satisfaction guarantee, so if you receive your products purchased at Kbod-us.com and any of these have errors in the finishes, visible damage or factory defects of the product, You can process the return of your order and the refund. (See next point, terms and conditions).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To make use of the total satisfaction guarantee for the purchased product, you must write to sales@kbod-us.com and send us photographs where the deficiencies or damages of the product are clearly visible, along with photographs of the packaging and your order number. Always remember to include the order reference number and/or attach proof of payment.
Deficiencies caused by knocks, improper use or manipulation, incorrect tension of the product, error in size selection, or wear of the product due to abnormal use will not be included within this concept.
Note: The applicability of the total satisfaction guarantee applies within the first 10 days, once the product is received.
MONEY RETURN/REFUNDS
Kbod-us.com applies the total satisfaction guarantee policy. You have 10 days (calendar) once you receive the product, to request a refund or refund due to dissatisfaction with your purchase. The product must be returned (with shipping costs paid) to the address that will be delivered to you by email when the request has been approved. Once we receive the product, within a maximum period of 5 days we will refund to your account what you have paid for the product. We always recommend using email to sales@kbod-us.com to attend to your case personally. Through it you will be informed if your application has been approved and we will advise you in the process. It is important that you indicate in the form all the information of the order (order number, order date and contact information.
EXCHANGE/RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The return of the product must be made with the same original packaging, including labels in perfect condition.
As soon as kbod receives the product shipping receipt, the shipping process begins immediately, which has the same established times as a normal order. Shipping costs, if any, must be assumed by the buyer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You can then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please write to us at sales@kbod-us.com.
